This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks are handled on the CGD Vibes platform.
By completing a purchase on CGD Vibes, you agree to this Refund Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service and any applicable addenda.

CGD Vibes acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions processed on the platform.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, E-books, Digital Files)
Digital product sales are final once downloaded or accessed.

Once a digital file is downloaded or accessed, NO refunds will be issued, as the product has been delivered and cannot be returned.
Technical Issues: If you experience legitimate technical issues preventing access to your purchased digital product, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve access issues before considering refund eligibility.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where required by law, CGD Vibes will issue refunds or remedies notwithstanding this section.
4. Online Courses & Educational Programs
Standard Refund Window: 7 days from purchase date
Refunds are available ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
After 20% of course content is accessed OR 7 days have passed (whichever comes first), the course becomes non-refundable.
Why This Policy? Courses provide immediate value upon access. This policy protects creators while giving buyers a reasonable evaluation window.
Seller-Extended Refund Windows: Individual course creators may offer extended refund windows (e.g., 14 or 30 days) on their product pages, but ONLY if:

13A. Dispute Resolution for Refund Matters
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to this Refund Policy, any refund request, denial, or chargeback shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions in CGD Vibes' Terms of Service.
