At CGD Vibes, we want our students, customers, and community members to feel confident when purchasing. Because our platform supports many types of products and services, refund rules vary depending on what you buy.
By completing a purchase on CGD Vibes, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, E-books, etc.)
- All sales are final. Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact support within 7 days and we’ll ensure you get the product.
2. Online Courses & Programs
- Courses may include a [7]-day money-back guarantee, if stated on the course page.
- Refunds are not available once a substantial portion of the course has been completed, or if certificates/bonuses have already been claimed.
- For subscription-based courses, cancellations will stop future billing but do not issue retroactive refunds.
3. Communities, Memberships & Subscriptions
- Community access, memberships, and recurring subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds for the current cycle are not provided unless otherwise stated.
4. Physical Products
- Physical products follow standard e-commerce rules:
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return.
- Certain items (personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods) are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Events, Webinars & Live Sessions
- Event tickets and webinar passes are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by CGD Vibes or the host.
- If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another participant or apply it to a future event (at our discretion).
6. Coaching, Consulting & Appointments
- Appointments and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Packages of sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered.
7. Seller Policies (Marketplace Products & Services)
- Marketplace sellers on CGD Vibes may set their own refund and return policies for the products they list.
- Each product page must clearly display the seller’s refund terms.
- If a seller does not specify a policy, the default rules of this Refund Policy will apply.
- CGD Vibes is not the seller of record for marketplace products and is not liable for disputes.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (when eligible):

- Refund requests must be submitted within the stated timeframes above.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Abuse of Refunds
- Refunds are a privilege, not a guarantee.
- Customers who repeatedly request refunds, abuse the system, or access significant value before refunding may lose eligibility for future purchases.
