CGD Vibes Community Guidelines
Welcome to CGD Vibes! Our mission is to empower creators, teachers, virtual assistants, and entrepreneurs through community, learning, and collaboration. To keep this space safe and productive for everyone, we’ve set out these Community Guidelines.
By joining CGD Vibes, you agree to follow these rules. Violation may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. Respect & Professional Conduct
- Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or threats.
- Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks are not tolerated.
- Always act with professionalism, this is a space to build careers, not damage reputations.
2. Authentic Identity & Accounts
- Fake accounts, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or affiliations are strictly prohibited.
- Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate engagement, reviews, or sales.
- Accounts found to be fraudulent will be terminated without notice.
3. No Spam, Scams, or Fraudulent Activity
- Do not use CGD Vibes to send unsolicited promotional messages, chain letters, or “get rich quick” schemes.
- Misuse of payment systems, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass fees will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
- Pyramid schemes, misleading marketing, or any unlawful solicitation are not allowed.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- Share only content you own or are authorized to distribute.
- Do not upload pirated materials, stolen digital products, or copyrighted media without permission.
- If you believe your intellectual property rights are violated, notify us at [email protected] and we will take action.
5. Communities, Chats & Events
- Keep discussions relevant to the community theme.
- No abusive, explicit, or illegal content in posts, groups, or live sessions.
- Do not use communities to recruit members away from CGD Vibes to competing platforms without permission.
- Moderators and CGD Vibes staff may remove content at their discretion.
6. Affiliates & Promotion
- Affiliates must promote honestly: no ad hijacking, cookie stuffing, or misleading ads.
- Do not misrepresent CGD Vibes products or services.
- Any affiliate who engages in dishonest promotion may lose their commissions and account access.
7. Payments, Sales & Marketplace Conduct
- Sellers and teachers must provide accurate product descriptions and honor their commitments.
- Refund policies must align with CGD Vibes’ official Refund Policy.
- No artificially inflating sales, reviews, or using bots.
- Violations may result in withheld payouts.
8. Security & Data Protection
- Do not attempt to hack, bypass security measures, or access data that is not yours.
- Protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Sharing accounts or passwords is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Activities
Examples of prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Spamming communities with unrelated links.
- Using bots or automation to manipulate engagement.
- Selling illegal or regulated goods/services.
- Sharing violent, pornographic, or offensive material.
- Engaging in behavior that damages CGD Vibes’ reputation or disrupts the platform.
10. Enforcement & Consequences
- CGD Vibes may remove posts, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.
- Severe cases (fraud, abuse, threats) may result in reporting to law enforcement.
- Decisions made by CGD Vibes regarding enforcement are final.
11. Reporting Violations
- If you see behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to [email protected].
- We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
