Refund & Chargeback Enforcement Addendum

This Refund & Chargeback Enforcement Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to all Teachers, Sellers, Affiliates, and Revenue Partners (“Providers”) using the CGD Vibes platform. It governs how refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled between CGD Vibes, Providers, and Students/Buyers. This Addendum forms part of the CGD Vibes Terms of Service.

1. Refunds Processed to Buyers

1.1 Refunds will be granted in accordance with the CGD Vibes Refund Policy.
1.2 Refunds may be initiated by:

• A buyer request approved under the Refund Policy;
• CGD Vibes issuing a refund as goodwill, policy compliance, or fraud prevention;
• A third-party payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or others) upon dispute resolution.

2. Deduction from Provider Payouts

2.1 Any refund or chargeback granted to a buyer will be deducted directly from the Provider’s payout balance.
2.2 If the Provider’s available balance is insufficient, CGD Vibes may:

• Offset the negative balance against future earnings, or
• Invoice the Provider for the shortfall.

3. Chargebacks

3.1 Providers acknowledge that buyers may dispute transactions directly with their bank or payment processor (“Chargeback”).
3.2 In the event of a Chargeback:

• The full transaction amount, including any fees, will be recovered from the Provider’s balance.
• CGD Vibes may, at its discretion, contest the Chargeback on behalf of the Provider. However, CGD Vibes makes no guarantee of success.
• If CGD Vibes incurs additional fees, penalties, or administrative costs due to a Chargeback, such costs will also be deducted from the Provider’s account.

4. Platform Discretion

4.1 CGD Vibes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Absorb a refund or chargeback as goodwill, without passing the cost to the Provider;
• Withhold payouts temporarily in cases of unusual refund or dispute activity;
• Terminate Provider accounts with excessive refund or chargeback rates.

5. Responsibility of Providers

5.1 Providers are solely responsible for:

• Delivering their products, courses, services, and communities as described;
• Maintaining accurate product descriptions, pricing, and policies;
• Responding promptly to student or buyer concerns to prevent disputes.

6. Taxes & Fees

6.1 Refunds and chargebacks do not reduce CGD Vibes’ right to retain platform service fees already incurred.
6.2 Where required by law, applicable taxes will be refunded to buyers; any liability rests with the Provider.

7. Enforcement

7.1 By using CGD Vibes as a Teacher, Seller, Affiliate, or Partner, you expressly agree that:

• Refunds and chargebacks will be enforced against your payout balance;
• CGD Vibes reserves the right to collect unpaid amounts via invoicing, debt recovery, or legal means if necessary.
  7.2 Continued participation on the platform is conditional on compliance with this Addendum.
